Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer worldwide shipping. Our standard estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:

• Standard Delivery: 7 to 15 business days after dispatch.

Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Hugterra is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Customs delays may occasionally occur beyond our estimated delivery windows.

Shipping Delays
